WHAT ARE THE 3 MAIN CAUSES OF CHRONIC DISEASE

The 3 MAIN ROOT CAUSES of chronic disease are NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES, TOXICITY and PATHOGENS. According to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the majority of Americans are living with AT LEAST ONE chronic disease.  More alarming is that statistically, if you have one chronic disease, you probably have MULTIPLE.

NUTRITIONALLY DEFICIENT food (from pesticide-sprayed plants and hormone-injected, grain-fed animals), a TOXIN laden environment and PATHOGENS (like parasites) result in imbalances that make you sick. This sad, sobering TRUTH is because Convention Medicine does not prioritize addressing the MAIN ROOT CAUSES of disease.

Fortunately, in the new, emerging field of medicine known as Functional or Foundational Medicine, NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES, TOXICITIES (such as ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMICALS and HEAVY METALS) and PATHOGENS (such as LYME, PARASITES and MOLD) can be DETECTED and CORRECTED, solving the major underlying ROOT CAUSES of most symptoms, sickness and disease.

 

NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES

The first major CAUSE of CHRONIC DISEASE are NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES.

In America today, the most convenient food choices are the unhealthiest ones. Sadly, it’s cheaper, quicker, and requires less effort to eat processed, nutrient deficient, carcinogenic foods that promote INFLAMMATION in the organs, tissues and cells of our body and brain.

Our bodies were NEVER meant to eat JUNK FOOD, which has been a staple of the American diet for over a century, which is why we are living with these chronic diseases.

The first candy bar was introduced in the mid 1800’s and the JUNK FOOD INDUSTRY grew as the industrial revolution grew.

The four main components of JUNK FOOD, responsible for massive NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES are:

1 Seed oils (formally known as vegetable oils)

  1. Added, REFINED SUGAR
  2. PROCESSED FLOUR, especially refined white wheat
  3. Added, table (not natural) SALT

The SEED OILS alone cause incredible damage and are possibly as bad as sugar for causing DIABETES and HEART DISEASE. These days, over 90% of all salad dressings are a seed oil such as canola oil or soybean oil.

SUGAR alone is INFLAMMATORY and causes disease. It is pure refined carbohydrate with virtually NO nutrition.

The PROCESSED, REFINED FLOUR is almost devoid of any good nutrients and also INFLAMMATORY. It is also exceedingly high in carbohydrates which turn into sugar and then STORED AS FAT.

EXCESS CARBOHYDRATE from SUGAR and FLOUR is the MAIN CAUSE of chronic illness in today’s world. The excess sugar metabolism from the grains and sugar consumption BUILDS UP PATHOLOGICAL TISSUE and is the biggest contributor to chronic diseases such as HEART DISEASE, CANCER, DIABETES and OBESITY

To make matters worse…

When you add BAD FATS with HIGH SUGAR, it’s a recipe for disaster. This combination of HIGH SUGAR AND HIGH, UNHEALTHY FAT is everywhere in most packaged, industrial foods.

EXAMPLE:

A typical hamburger on a typical bun.

It’s the high carbohydrate bun that makes the burger meat dangerous.

The IDEAL DIET for a most human beings is LOW CARBOHYDRATE, plenty of protein, and HEALTHY fats. (Yes, there IS such a thing as HEALTHY FATS!)

Our ancestors’ diet had the most calories from high quality, clean, hormone and pesticide-free ANIMAL PROTEIN.  Vegetables and fruit were lesser in calories in general but went up during summer when plants were more readily available. These plants were mostly medicinal like the herbs you buy at a health food store.

The ADEQUATE PROTEIN and LOW CARB diet leads to ketosis – the state of fat burning. Also, our ancestors sometimes didn’t have food so they FASTED. This also created ketosis which is the natural state of the body.

It is a natural way of DETOXIFICATION and it strengthens your immune system against PATHOGENS, another main CAUSE OF DISEASE.

The healthier your diet is, the LESS FOOD you need to eat and the LESS OFTEN you need to eat. Snacks become unnecessary. The time between meals lengthens to MANY HOURS because you are simply not hungry.

This is known as INTERMITTENT FASTING.

First NOURISH your body for a period of time until you first FEEL FULL, and then you can FAST much more easily.

 

YOUR DIET IS THE MOST FUNDAMENTAL BASIS OF YOUR HEALTH

By avoiding SEED OILS, ADDED SUGAR and PROCESSED FLOUR you will MAXIMIZE NUTRITIONAL SUFFICIENCY.

Ignoring the food that is congruent with our DNA results in DEFICIENCIES.

VITAMIN, MINERAL, and ESSENTIAL FATTY ACID DEFICIENCIES can make you sick.

Unfortunately, nearly everyone needs more nutrition than a ‘BALANCED’ or ‘GOOD’ diet provides in order to overcome this MAJOR CAUSE of symptoms, sickness and disease.

Therefore, in addition to eating this way, ADVANCED SUPPLEMENTATION is one MISSING LINK to optimizing health that most conventionally trained doctors often ignore.

 

TOXINS

The second major CAUSE of CHRONIC DISEASE is TOXICITY.

We live in a sea of TOXINS.

In our modern world, they are EVERYWHERE.

TOXINS are in the water we drink, the air we breathe, and the food we eat.

More common sources include the fillings in our teeth (MERCURY), prescription MEDICATIONS, household cleaning products, BODY and SKINCARE products, and even our clothes and furniture.

The sheer amount of ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMICALS that we are exposed to on a daily basis is mindboggling. Chemicals are in practically EVERYTHING we taste, touch or smell – which means they are in the CELLS of our BODY and BRAIN.

The excess toxins relative to lower oxygen in the blood create changes resulting in CELL STARVATION and CELL DEATH – the eventual CAUSE of ALL DISEASE.

Let’s not forget RADIOACTIVE ELEMENTS that persist in our environment from atomic bomb testing and nuclear reactor meltdowns. Yes, these radioactive elements are real but never addressed for personal health. EXCESSIVE RADIOACTIVE ELEMENTS are found in more than half of Americans tap water!

HEAVY METALS are an impediment to good health.

So, we are talking about metals such as LEAD, MERCURY and ARSENIC.

These TOXIC METALS are either breathed in or consumed as our normal food or absorbed through our skin.

(They are even injected)

Too many toxins and chemicals can be a major cause and contributor towards chronic illnesses. This is why it’s not all about just taking a pill to make everything seem alright, while ignoring the toxins. Even our medications have levels of metals and chemicals that can contribute to toxicity.

Even though our bodies may need this medication, there is a lot we can do to help REDUCE OVERALL TOXIC BURDEN to strengthen our bodies.

So, toxins are everywhere and our bodies are always fighting them, but our NATURAL DETOXIFICATION SYSTEM can become OVERWHELMED, unable to deal with the burden, and eventually become dysfunctional.

PATHOGENS or INFECTIONS are a major, often IGNORED CAUSE of chronic illness. They can also remain dormant while your IMMUNE SYSTEM is strong but once you’re under STRESS, they can grow and live anywhere.

Like TOXINS, they are found EVERYWHERE in the human body.

For example, you can have a pathogen living in your ears constantly re-infecting your sinuses for YEARS or DECADES or causing drainage dripping down your throat into your stomach or lungs causing trouble in other parts of your body.

Again, you can have this chronic condition for YEARS.

You can also have a BACTERIAL INFECTION in your jaw, called a CAVITATION, that harbors bacteria that can INFECT YOUR HEART or get into your bloodstream or LYMPHATIC SYSTEM (the sewer system of the body) causing CHRONIC SYMPTOMS throughout your body such as FATIGUE, persistent muscle soreness and even BRAIN dysfunction.

It’s important to understand that many symptoms could be a sign your body is INFECTED and overrun.

A PARASITE can increase your appetite or decrease it.

A FUNGUS, like MOLD can make all of your symptoms worse during the nighttime.

Or if you look at your tongue and there is a WHITE COATING on it – this could also be a strong sign that you are suffering from a FUNGUS.

There are a multitude of fungi and solutions, the most natural remedies are herbs. When you use herbs, they can kill many different organisms besides fungi at the same time. Oregano, for example, works the majority of the time against multiple different infections.
